Day 01 –:

Day 2: Algeries City Tour
Breakfast.casbah of Algiers:
The Casbah (meaning citadel) is the citadel of Algiers in Algeria and the traditional quarter clustered around
it. In 1992, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
proclaimed Kasbah of Algiers a World Cultural Heritage site, as "There are the remains of the citadel, old
mosques and Ottoman-style palaces as well as the remains of a traditional urban structure associated with a
deep-rooted sense of community.
Visit of the Casbah starting with the Dey Palace which we nickname "Dar Essoltane", the Centenary House,
the Sidi Ramdane mosque (and Bir Chebana fountain), the Palace of Princess Khedaoudj, the Jamaica mosque.
al-Jdid and the Mustapha Pasha Palace. Then we will meet the cabinetmaker Khaled Mahiout who will show
us around his craft workshop.
Dame d´Afrique :
The Notre-Dame-d'Afrique basilic is one of the minor basilicas of the Catholic Church. It is located in the
municipality of Bologhine, west of Algiers, on a promontory overlooking the sea at an altitude of 124 m.
It was built by the architect Jean-Eugène Fromageau in the Romano-Byzantine style, and consecrated on July
2, 1872.The exterior is characterized by a high dome, fixed on a cylindrical drum. This basilica has the
particularity of having the apse to the southwest, rather than to the East as usuel.
Martyrs’ Memorial :
Martyrs' Memorial is a concrete monument commemorating the Algerian War. The monument was opened in
1982, on the 20th anniversary of Algeria's independence. It is fashioned in the shape of three standing palm
leaves, which shelter the "Eternal Flame" under it. At the edge of each palm leaf is a statue of a soldier
representing a stage of Algeria's struggle for independence.
The Jardin d’ Essai :
botanical jewel of more than 3,000 plant species offering a real breath of fresh air in the heart of Algiers.
The creation of the Jardin d'Essai was decided in 1832 by the French general Avisard. When it was created,
the park had an area of 5 hectares. Since then, the Garden has continued to grow and now covers an area of
32 hectares.
the Great Mosque of Algiers :
is a mosque in Algiers, Algeria. It houses the world's tallest minaret and is the third-largest mosque in the
world
He mosque sits on a site covering 400,000 m2 (4, 300,000 sq ft) and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The
prayer hall has a capacity of 37,000 worshipers, while the structure including the compound can house up to
120,000 worshipers and has parking space for 7,000 cars. The complex also houses a Quran school, a park, a
library, staff housing area, a fire station, a museum of Islamic art, and a research center on the history of
Algeria.

Day3: Sétif – Tiddis – Constantine
Breakfast.Departure To Djemila National Park in Setif :
The site of Djémila is located 50 km north-east of the town of Sétif. Known under its antique name Cuicul,
Djémila is an establishment of an ancient Roman colony founded during the reign of Nerva (96 – 98 A.D.). The
Roman town occupied a singular defensive position. Cuicul is one of the flowers of Roman architecture in
North Africa. Remarkably adapted to the constraints of the mountainous site, on a rocky spur which spreads
at an altitude of 900 m, between the wadi Guergour and the wadi Betame, two mountain torrents, the town has
its own Senate and Forum. Around the beginning of the 3rd century, it expanded beyond its ramparts with the
creation of the Septimius Severus Temple, the Arch of Caracalla, the market and the civil basilica. The site has
also been marked by Christianity in the form of several cult buildings: a cathedral, a church and its baptistry
are considered among the biggest of the Paleochristian period. The site of Djémila comprises an impressive
collection of mosaic pavings, illustrating mythological tales and scenes of daily life.
Departure to Tiddis: an authentic Berber site modified by Roman civilization and fitted out according to their
urbanization systems. The site of Tiddis (or Castellum Tidditanorum) a flower hill, formerly depended on
Cirta still retains Libyan inscriptions and symbols on Berber pottery. Direction Constantine.

Day 04 -:Constuntine –Timgad –Batna
Breakfast.Visiting with the suspension bridges of the city and discovery of the Rhummel gorges, the Cirta museum
before going up to the old war memorial which offers magnificent panoramas
Afternoon: departure to Batna By Road 120 Km with a stop in the Saltworks (large Chott where salt is
produced). Then continue with a visit to the Médracen which is a famous Berber tomb.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel .
Day 05-:Timgad -Biskra
Visit of the city of Timgad. The Roman city that bore the name of Thamugadi in ancient times, founded byEmperor Trajan.

Day 06-: Ghardaia By Road :
Going To Ghardaia By road with Stopped in Touggourt For Ksar Temerna The Castle of Temerna "is viewedas one the most antique cities of the eastern desert of Algeria and has a long history in "the valley of Reegh"
and Lunch in Oasis then Going to Direction Ghardaia .

Day 07-: Ghardaia city Tour :
Arrival Ksar Beni Yezgen :Beni Isguen is one of the cities of the Pentapolis (five cities) of Mzab. It is the only one of the pentapolis to be
built on the side of a rocky hill and not to have been built on the M'zab wadi, it is located between the ksar of
Melika and that of Bounoura.It is located 600 km south of Algiers and has a palm grove upstream.
Like the other cities of the Pentapolis, Beni Isguen was founded in the eleventh century, in 1051, by Ibadite
refugees from Tahert, after the destruction of the Rostemid kingdom by the Fatimids in the tenth century.
, have been classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco since 1982.
Ksar tafilalet :
The city is built according to the principles of Ksourian architecture, and adapted to the proximity of the desert.
The 6,000 inhabitants of the city are mainly Mozabites of the Ibadi Muslim religion. A charter makes touiza
obligatory, that is to say participation in work of general interest, such as construction or cleaning1.
The houses are divided into blocks of 28 to 30 houses, in which each is responsible for cleanliness in turn .
Old Market :
The old market of Ghardaia. The old market is considered a carrier of the country’s civilization and culture. It
is distinguished by its wonderful architecture and design, as if you go back to centuries ago. It was established
Ksar Elateuf :
The city of El Atteuf is one of the cities of Mzab, it is classified as a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
Built in 1012, El Atteuf is the oldest of the seven cities of Mzab .
Day 08-:
Going to Alger 600 Km by Road.Day 09-: Tipasa – Tombeau de la Chrétienne-:
